Introduction of new option or Enhancement in Global Variable

So, right now what’s the scene is we’ve different Global Variables for Different Workspaces. If user switches to different Workspace, he can’t use its global variable created in another workspace.

But what if user have some variables which he/she uses in every workspace like :

1. Common Base URL - http://localhost:5000/

2. Common Admin Details

There can be more options like these. But I mainly use these two variables globally in every new workspace. So, there should be an option to set these as completely global, accessible across every workspace.
