Tabs component in the plugin API

The plugin I’m developing has several settings and they’re organized into categories. In terms of UI, it would make sense for each category to be its own tab and hold its own set of settings. However, there is currently no Tab component in the plugin API.

My current cleanest workaround is to have a select input for the settings category and the selected value controls which settings are visible.

It would be great if there was a tab component though! I’m willing to work on this as well and submit a PR :)
