System dropdowns are still light in dark mode

No idea how to fix this one but seems like a Tauri bug. Will wait until Tauri 2.0 comes out to look into it.

I tried fixing this but was unable to do so in the current version of Tauri. I will likely switch to a custom Select component instead.
