Rename with F2

On Windows, at least Ubuntu, and in VSCode (at least for me) you can rename files/folders by pressing F2. It would be a nice QOL improvement if this could be added into Yaak

Added a hotkey for this:
- Press Enter when selected in sidebar
- Press F2 (or Ctrl+Shift+R on Mac) globally
