Load variables from a .env file in the synced directory

Load variables from a .env file in the directory configured for Directory Sync, so requests can reuse the project’s existing configuration.

Keep the file linked so changes are picked up automatically. Each teammate should be able to use their own local .env file, excluded from Git with .gitignore.
