Currently, large responses rendered causes the search field to lag when typing characters.
Tested on response payload of 5MB on an M4 Pro with 48GB of RAM.

This is fixed for the next release. The match counter was rescanning the entire response on every keystroke, which is what made typing lag on multi MB bodies. Searching a 5MB response should now be instant.
