command `yaak import --workspace-id` drops folderId of an existing folder

Importing a Yaak export into an existing workspace puts the request in the workspace root when its folderId points to a folder that already exists in that workspace (not in the file)

Steps:

1. yaak folder create → fl_abc in wk_xyz
2. Import file with one websocket_request: “workspaceId”: “wk_xyz”, “folderId”: “fl_abc”
3. yaak import file.json –workspace-id wk_xyz

Expected: request inside fl_abc Actual: request in workspace root, folderId = null

Works only if the folder is included in the same file (then a new folder is created)
