Ctrl-Shift-E doesn’t open the manage environments window. Tried left and right side shift and ctrl keys in all combinations.

Ctrl-Shift-E doesn’t open the manage environments window. Tried left and right side shift and ctrl keys in all combinations.

After testing, under Linux, when the Shift key is also pressed, CmdCtrl+Shift+e changes to CmdCtrl+Shift+E due to case sensitivity. On Mac, it is still CmdCtrl+Shift+e.
