Sidebar: Separate Folders and History + prevent folder reordering on new requests
The current sidebar mixes folders and requests under the same ordering, so creating new requests pushes folders down and disrupts structure. This makes larger workspaces harder to navigate since folders cannot remain consistently positioned.
There is also no dedicated, time-based view of recent activity. Debugging requires scanning a mixed tree or opening individual requests to inspect responses, which is inefficient.
Proposed change is simple and aligns with the current UI direction: split the sidebar into two tabs (as shown in image below)

- History
This keeps organization (Folders) and execution flow (History) clearly separated, making navigation predictable and debugging significantly faster, without requiring backend or schema changes.
