Since Environments seem to be at the collection level, it would be nice to import Postman Environments so they can be imported independently from the collection.

Good call. I wasn't sure how to export Postman environments but I just found it.
This was supposed to be in this weeks release but it turned out to be more difficult than expected, since the imported variables have to go into the current workspace (instead of simply creating a new one). It's still on the priority list, but moving to "planned" for now
